We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We guarantee that our personalized items are free of manufacturing and product defects. If your order is defective, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or a full refund. It's understandable that personalized items can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing or product defect. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of purchase.
Orders for (personalized) items cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also require the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. If we accept your return, we will send you instructions on how to ship the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return costs are your responsibility.

Problems and damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate and resolve the situation.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Certain items, such as perishable goods (such as food, etc.) and custom products, cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
You must keep the original name tags if you want to exchange a personalized item for a different size. If you want a refund, we charge €7.50 for XS-S and €8.50 for M-XXL personalization costs.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returning the item you have is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want. Once the return has been accepted, you must make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
